Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 208(L&C) An Act relating to the board of                        
directors of the Alaska Aerospace Development Corporation be                   
taken up at this time.  Without objection, CS FOR HOUSE BILL                   
NO. 208(L&C) was read the second time.                                         
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1448.               
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                         
208(FIN) was adopted and read the second time.

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
